Summary Description

This seasonal, full-time position has anticipated dates of April through September, with actual start and end dates to be determined based on business needs. The role plays a critical part in supporting the Patio Operations team by ensuring accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence across all order processes. The position is responsible for precise entry and tracking of purchase orders, maintaining clear and organized communication, and supporting inventory management to uphold a high standard of quality and service.

This role directly supports store teams with both in-stock patio orders and special orders, helping ensure seamless execution and consistent customer experience. By leveraging systems such as SalesLink/Site Manager and Jesta, this position contributes to accurate processing, improved efficiency, and scalable operational practices that enable business growth. Strong attention to detail, ownership of responsibilities, and commitment to process integrity are essential to success in this role.

Functions

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patio purchase orders within SalesLink/Site Manager and Jesta, maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Review and validate store-submitted orders for completeness and accuracy; proactively resolve discrepancies to uphold quality standards.
  • Reconcile purchase orders with vendor confirmations to verify pricing, quantities, and product details, minimizing financial and operational risk.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation of special orders and communications to support transparency and process consistency.
  • Execute inventory adjustments and transfers to preserve inventory accuracy and support reliable reporting.
  • Collaborate with stores and Distribution Centers to resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Highly accountable, self-motivated team contributor with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams and leaders.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Sharepoint, etc) and business systems (SalesLink, Jesta, Site Manager), with the ability to quickly learn new tools and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving team needs and priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other:
This is an in-office position based in Lakewood, CO, with a requirement of four days per week on site.

Budgeted range starts at: $20-$22/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
