General Description:

The Business Operations Analyst plays an important role in our master data governance. This individual is responsible for creating and managing item/product data, pricing, and all other general data to enable efficient downstream processes and flow in the Christy Sports ERP system. This role is pivotal in ensuring data is maintained/updated promptly to enable the business to be nimble and efficient.

The Business Operations Analyst will work within the Business Operations Team to administer product data creation and maintenance in the Christy Sports ERP system, as well as problem solve on system issues related to product information. Some of the specific functions of this role include:

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and recommend process improvements.
  • Effective multi-tasker able to provide administrative support to aspects of the Christy Sports ERP system (and users) related to product data entry and maintenance.
  • Style creation, Pricing, Special Orders
  • Acquire product data catalogs directly from vendors (or internal buyers) and enter/update/match the data within the Christy Sports ERP system.
  • Follow (and help develop) Christy Sports standards for data entry and maintenance.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the Business Operations Manager on opportunities for improvement of product data processes, standards, flows, etc.
  • Help problem-solve issues that arise throughout the product life cycle from system entry, purchase, warehouse, store, and sale.
  • Assist the Business Operations Manager with any ongoing data maintenance needs.

Skills Needed:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a high capacity for data entry and a desire to learn efficient shortcuts.
  • Beginner-intermediate level data manipulation in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to continually improve skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data at a very granular level.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills both in person and via tools (i.e. email and Microsoft Teams).
  • Able to quickly learn new ERP software systems.

The budget range starts at $22-$27/hour Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
