Summary Description: This position is primarily responsible for the sale of outdoor lifestyle furniture to meet our customers’ needs, merchandising our products to attract interest, and providing best-in-class guest service. This is a seasonal transition role: during the summer months the focus is patio furniture sales, and as the business shifts into winter, the role transitions to supporting ski and winter sports sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-service sales support from start to finish—guiding guests through product selection, writing sales, coordinating delivery scheduling, and managing special orders to ensure a smooth and satisfying purchase experience.

  • Share product knowledge and bring our outdoor furniture collections to life by explaining design features, materials, and functionality so guests feel confident in their choices.

  • Partner with customers to create the perfect outdoor living space, helping them select furniture that fits their style, needs, and design goals.

  • Provide a best-in-class guest experience, building trust and lasting relationships with every customer interaction.

  • Support the Store Manager with showroom merchandising, special sale preparation, inventory support, and maintaining a welcoming, visually appealing showroom.

  • As the seasons shift, transition into supporting ski and winter sports sales, assisting guests with equipment and gear selection while delivering the same exceptional service experience.

  • Assist with additional store operations and responsibilities as needed.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service preferred, but not required. Specialty retail preferred, but not required.
  • Outgoing and upbeat personality.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • High energy level.
  • Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work well with a variety of personality types.
  • Neat, clean, professional appearance.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
  • Ability to lift moderate amount of weight and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.

The range is: $18.50-$19.50/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
